To increasethe reliability of this analysis new SSR markers from apricot and peach wereincorporated to the F2 ‘L×L’ linkage map derived from a self-pollination of the resistantcultivar ‘Lito’. Several tightly linked AFLP markers, located at the upper regionof the linkage group 1, showed high significance levels of the Kruskal-Wallistest statistic, indicating the presence of a putative QTL for the PPV resistance trait PB The Polish Phytopathological Society SN 1230-0462 YR 2005 FD 2005 LK http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.11939/6395 UL http://hdl.handle.net/20.500.11939/6395 LA en NO Romero, C., Vilanova, S., Soriano, J.
